Application to become a participating Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for KOOLFEST (the summer version of the Hot Chocolate Festival).

Please note that this online form does not automatically add you to our vendor team. It is a way for you to notify us of your interest so that we may contact you to provide further information and details about the registration process.

Registration is open to all venues within the BC Lower Mainland that can provide at least one custom-designed drink or other frozen treat (dine in or take out), during the Festival period of July 1 to August 4, 2026.
