#03 – Nanaimo to Saskatoon Berry-Bar Blast Trip

    Available July 1 – 20, 2026

A refreshing iced Saskatoon mint lemonade featuring vibrant purple berry layers in an Arnold Palmer–style gradient. Finished with a fluffy, salty cream cloud, whipped cream top, and a maple leaf–shaped Nanaimo bar garnish for a distinctly Canadian touch.

You have the option to include a side goodie pairing, a delicate rose-shaped puff pastry filled with sweet-tart Saskatoon berries and silky custard cream. Buttery, fragrant, and lightly crisp—perfectly paired with berry-forward drinks.

🇨🇦Why Canadian? We Canadians love our berries, and here our native Saskatoon berry with its sweet almond-like flavour steps up to the plate. Did you know it once had an international outlaw reputation? In 2004, Britain’s Food Standards Agency panicked and temporarily banned the berry from the market. Why? They feared the fruit might be poisonous because they claimed there was no historical record of Europeans ever eating them. Someone needed to tell them that Saskatoon berries had been part of the diet of the Saskatchewan First Nations people for thousands of years. 🍁

#04 – Canada Goose Maple Taffy on Lake Louise

    Available July 21 – August 4, 2026

A bold frozen smoothie blending tropical mango with tangy rhubarb and a hint of cinnamon, layered over a rich smoky maple syrup base. Crowned with blue crushed ice with blue raspberry flavour, and finished with a playful Canada goose–shaped maple taffy perched on top—sweet, icy, and full of texture.

You have the option to include a side goodie pairing, a rich, gooey butter tart reimagined with a cinnamon roll crust—warm spice, caramelized maple sweetness, and a soft, layered texture in every bite.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? The colours in this drink are vibrant, but if you have ever hiked around Lake Louise at sunset, you will recognize the colour palette. The refreshing, ice blue of the lake contrasts against the mango, raspberry and rhubarb tones of the sky. Smoked maple syrup and the maple taffy Canada goose emphasize the honking love call of the great outdoors. What makes the picture even more Canadian?  Why the iconic and beloved butter tart on the side, of course! 🍁
