#07 – Lake Okanagan Sunset

An Okanagan peach sweet tea lemonade paired with the much-requested ‘chick’n-n-waffle’ slider, first released for Hot Chocolate Fest 2026.  We have improved it with locally made waffles and ‘chick’n‘.

This combo is fully vegan.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? The lucky ones had summer cottages. For the rest of us, an annual road trip to the Okanagan lakes and a booking at a funky local motel was the most we could aspire to. But oh, the baking sunshine, the juicy orchard fruit, the ice cream stand shaped like a giant peach, not to mention the dusk-lit picnics on sandy beaches, made it a destination to look forward to all winter long. This drink, with its sunset colours and “chick’n sliders on the side captures all those nostalgic elements of a BC summer holiday. 🍁

#08 – Double Double Maple

Available July 19 – August 4, 2026

A maple cold foam iced latte served with a maple-glazed donut. Fully vegan as well, along with everything else at Bonus Plant-Based Bakery.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? Who doesn’t think of Canada at the mention of the word “Maple”? We identify with the tree so much that we even put its leaf on our flag and made its name a useful modifier to Canadian-ize every other word: “maple diplomacy”, “maple sports”, “maple mode”, Canadians all know that the maple’s syrup is not just for pancakes. It can sweeten and uplift so many other aspects of Canadian life … like here in your morning latte. BTW, the term “Double Double,” mostly associated with a famous Canadian coffee chain, has become a widely recognized cultural slang and is even officially listed in the Canadian Oxford Dictionary. 🍁
