#13 – Oh Corn-a-da
Available July 2 – August 4, 2026 (closed July 1)
Naturally sweet BC corn juice layered with silky coconut cold foam and a touch of sea salt. Inspired by the sweet corn drinks enjoyed across many Asian households, this creamy, refreshing, and naturally vegan beverage celebrates both our local BC harvest and our cultural heritage. Each drink features 1 whole corn!
You may add coconut macaroons with a “corn-y” twist as a side! (contains dairy)
Dairy-free, vegan (drink), and gluten-free friendly (combo).
🇨🇦 Why Canadian? BC corn is a favourite local crop that is iconic of summertime in Canada. At the same time, sweet corn drinks and desserts are common across many parts of Asia. Adding corn to coconut as a chilled drink creates a perfect modern twist to a classic Chinese tradition, and at the same time, celebrates a well-loved Canadian ingredient. 🍁
#14 – Butter Together Latte
Available July 2 – August 4, 2026 (closed July 1)
Your favourite Canadian dessert, now in latte form! Sweet caramel, vanilla, maple, buttery goodness, a touch of cinnamon, and subtle notes of raisins come together in a cozy iced drink that tastes just like a classic Canadian butter tart (can be made decaf by request).
Optionally add cinnamon caramel macaroons on the side.
Gluten-free friendly.
🇨🇦 Why Canadian? Did you ever drink a butter tart? Well, this summer you can. Cathy’s Cafe’s riff on the famous Canadian pastry treat combines the same sweet flavours of caramel, vanilla, maple, cinnamon and the subtle notes of raisins to create a drink that we guarantee you are going to like a latte. 🍁
