#26 – Kitsilano Rose & Lychee Blossom Float

Available July 1 – 12, 2026

A 35% iced jasmine tea oat white hot chocolate float layered with rose-petal botanicals, real lychee and a scoop of lychee and rose gelato.

Like slipping barefoot into a Kitsilano sunset after the city finally exhales.

The first sip arrives cold, sparkling and floral — jasmine tea drifting through delicate rose and bright lychee, like warm ocean wind moving through open linen curtains. Then the gelato begins to surrender into the glass. Slowly. Silently. Turning the drink from something crisp and playful into a creamy floral daydream…. She doesn’t rush you but unfolds around you.

-Paul Dincer

Gluten-free friendly.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? Back in the day, Vancouver’s summer parades featured open cars and floats that were distinctly floral. The parade on the opening day of the PNE, for example, routinely featured massive sculptures made from real flowers, including elaborate “rose peacocks” and entire “mobile rock gardens” built directly onto truck beds and trailers. This drink is a nostalgic and fragrant tribute to those more extravagant botanical times. 🍁

#27 – The Pacific Velvet Matchagava (Vegan)

Available July 13 – 24, 2026

A 35% iced matcha white hot chocolate built on ceremonial Japanese green tea, oat milk and a core of vegan blueberry guava gelato.

It begins in silence — a deep green stillness of ceremonial matcha, like early morning light over a quiet coastline that hasn’t decided to become a day yet.

Then the structure reveals itself: cool oat milk softens the edges, while beneath it a core of blueberry–guava gelato waits like hidden tidewater fruit, slowly dissolving into the architecture of the glass. Nothing stays separate for long here — everything is in gentle negotiation to arrive as a slow emotional gradient — from disciplined clarity to tropical surrender.

-Paul Dincer

Gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? When it comes to cultural exchanges, food products play a major diplomatic role. Canadians currently have a passion for Japanese Matcha tea. While conversely, the Japanese eagerly await the arrival of fresh blueberries from Canada. In fact, Japan is a major export market for BC-grown blueberries. It’s a fair exchange, we think. 🍁

#28 – Iced “Lavender Alibi” Cold Velvet

Available July 25 – August 4, 2026

A 35% iced lavender, chamomile and fig hot chocolate built on oat milk, layered with purple raspberry-infused oat milk.

It opens like a heartfelt confession — sparkling mineral water threaded with fig and chamomile, cold and luminous, drifting over ice like something too elegant to question.

Then the alibi reveals its second face: a dense white chocolate lavender and fig cold foam, like a mystical cloud of indulgence and quiet deception, what begins as something innocent slowly turns into a floral sin.

-Paul Dincer

Gluten-free friendly.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? The Lavender Alibi is a playful nod to the shifting moods of the West Coast climate. It takes the comforting, botanical flavour notes that Vancouverites rely on during our rainy winters—organic BC-grown lavender, local garden fig, and chamomile—and gives them a summer alibi. 🍁
