Here, the Canadian classic ice cream flavour “Moose Tracks” – made from BC cream and a swirl of peanut butter produced on the Sunshine Coast – has been turned into a delicious dessert experience. BTW? Did you know that jarred peanut butter is a Canadian invention? Well, yes, it is. Canadian pharmacist Marcellus Gilmore Edson obtained the first patent for the modern manufacturing process of peanut butter in 1884. 🍁
