#36 – Naartji-eh Creamsicle

Available July 1 – August 4, 2026

An orange, or as South African’s say, Naartjie (pronounced Naart-chee), and coconut creamsicle drink! Made with freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with coconut water, sweetened with maple syrup, and topped with a coconut cream.

Dairy-free and gluten-free friendly.

🇨🇦 Why Canadian? Pulling from their founders’ South African upbringing, the cafe created a drink based on fresh oranges – one of the country’s most important crops. As we can’t grow citrus ourselves, you probably thought our oranges all came from California or Florida, but nope. Canada imports approximately 42,758,700kg (94,250,000 lbs) of oranges from South Africa annually, and they usually arrive on our grocery shelves in summertime. 🍁
